Just
recently, Aaron's effects were returned to us from the police
station. I've been given permission to his laptop and any of his
possessions that may have held information regarding his
disappearance. That includes his cameras, hard drives, flashdrives,
and other things like his school work and notebooks, etc. I plan on
searching through everything, in hopes to find something that will
point me in the right direction – a heading, if you will. I have no
idea if I'll find anything, but that's not stopping me from being
hopeful. I'm not ready to give up on my brother just because the cops
can't do their jobs right.
Having
said that, Aaron had a ton of crap. I have Aaron's laptop as well as
about eight or so flash drives (each of varying capacities), three
external hard drives (two 500 gigabyte, one 1 terabyte), four or five
SD cards, two micro SD cards, and two rolls of 35mm film. On top of
the notebooks I have to go through, I've got my work cut out for me.
But like I said, I'm determined.
If I
find anything of interest, I plan on posting it here on the blog, as
a permanent record of sorts – like cloud storage. It also gives
anybody interested the opportunity to see what I've found, and help
in any way they can.
Wish me
luck,
–Jason
